1.) How
long is the 'Production Time' for a custom sign? It really depends
on how many orders I am working on at the time you place an order.
The best way to find out the 'Lead Time' is to contact me by email before
you place an order...especially if your contacting me just days or weeks
before your wedding or any other occasion. But for the most part, I
typically have most orders shipped within less than one week....but that
also depends on what you are ordering...larger orders may require a little
more time. |

2.) Do you
ship 'Internationally'? Absolutely! Everywhere and Anywhere! :) |

3.) What shipping
methods do you use? I typically ship my orders 'Priority' through
the United States Post Office. For larger orders that exceed more than I
would spend myself, I offer 'Parcel Post' shipping if time allows. I also
include 'Delivery Confirmation' with every order (although I don't believe
the USPS offers Delivery Confirmation Internationally). |

4.) How do I go about
ordering a 'Custom Sign'? That's a 'Piece of Cake'...You can begin
by contacting me by email. You can tell me exactly what you are looking
for and your expectations and together we will create the most beautiful
sign(s) :) When a customer is unsure of what they want, I am more than
happy to create a mock up so that I can provide them with a digital image
of what the sign would look like in advance before the actual sign is
created...there is no charge for this service :) |

5.) At what point do I
pay for a 'Custom Order'? ALL custom order must be paid before the
paint brush hits the wood....that means 'UpFront'...before the job begins.

6.) Do you except Credit
Cards? At this time, we accept credit cards through PayPal only. I
do believe you can use any credit card when using PayPal. |

7.) Can I write a
personal check to pay for my order? Orders process much faster when
paid by Credit Card however, we will accept Personal Checks an also Money
Orders. Your order will begin once your payment is received an shipped
once your payment has cleared. ALL International orders MUST be paid by
credit card (sorry International people...I learned that the hard way). |

8.) Can you customize a sign to be a 'Specific
Color'? Absolutely! I do have a lot of colors here to choose from
but if I don't have the color you need, I am more than happy to get what
you need...There is a $5.00 charge per color if it's not something I have
in stock. |

9.) Can I return
my purchase? Unfortunately, All orders are 'Made to Order'
and are considered to be 'Custom Orders', therefore, we do not offer
refunds. Please know that our 'Appliques' are also considered to be
a 'Custom Order'.

10.) How many
employees work at 'My Primitive Boutique'? It's just little
ol'e me :) On occasion, when I am completely bogged down with
orders, I can usually count on my husband, son or daughter to give
me a hand in one way or another. But for the most part, I have
learned to multi-task well and utilize every minute of my day to its
fullest. I'm full of energy and I LOVE my job! |

11.) Can I place
an order over the phone? You are more than welcome to contact
me by phone to place an order, but I can not take credit cards over
the phone. I can however send you an invoice by email through PayPal
once your order has been placed. |
